"Win-win or walk away" is one of our core beliefs at Key Realty. At Key, we don't believe in locking people into restrictive, long-term contracts and holding you hostage if you want out. We don't believe that remaining in a contract when either party is unhappy with the performance of the other party produces successful results. We also believe that you should have the power to fire your agent.
This makes us unique, as we are one of the only brokerages in this area with this policy. It takes a strong belief in the quality of our service to take this stand, but we never settle for less than the highest professional standards and client satisfaction.
I stake my professional reputation on my clients' satisfaction. It is my intention to provide first-class service and earn referrals, not just commissions.
If you're not happy or it's just not working out and I can't fix it, you're free to let me know in writing and take advantage of Key Realty's Easy Exit Agreement Policy on either a Listing Agreement or a Buyer Agency Agreement before the contract end date.
