A Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, is conducted by a licensed REALTOR® and is used to provide a thorough evaluation of a property's estimated worth or value. A CMA is not an appraisal, which can only be completed by a knowledgeable and experienced property appraiser for a fee.
I'll present my report during our second meeting, and we'll discuss your expectations so I can better understand what is important to you. We'll determine what marketing techniques will work best for you and put together a custom marketing plan to get your home sold.
I'll also explain what you can expect every step of the way. We discuss what you can do to get the highest price for your home. We coordinate any pre-launch tasks and determine the date we will officially put your home on the market.
