Our initial consultation is our first chance to get to know each other.  I'll ask some questions about your home and your future plans.  I'll take a quick tour, maybe take some room measurements.  No pressure, your home doesn't need to be showroom ready yet.  I'll leave you with an info packet that includes more information about working with me and Key Realty, my general marketing plan, and some market data about your city or neighborhood.  Finally, we'll set up another meeting in a couple of days so I can do some research and prepare a free, no-obligation Market Analysis report for you. 

Comparative Market Analysis

A Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, is conducted by a licensed REALTOR® and is used to provide a thorough evaluation of a property's estimated worth or value.  A CMA is not an appraisal, which can only be completed by a knowledgeable and experienced property appraiser for a fee. 

The Pre-listing Meeting

I'll present my report during our second meeting, and we'll discuss your expectations so I can better understand what is important to you.  We'll determine what marketing techniques will work best for you and put together a custom marketing plan to get your home sold. 

I'll also explain what you can expect every step of the way.  We discuss what you can do to get the highest price for your home.  We coordinate any pre-launch tasks and determine the date we will officially put your home on the market.

Getting Your Home Sold

Once you've hired me to professionally market your home, you can count on me to be with you every step of the way.  I will always be your primary agent and the main point of contact.  Call it an obsession, but I want to be involved in every detail of your home sale.   However, I'm always happy to recommend service providers and other real estate professionals based on your needs throughout the transaction. 

Finally, I provide my seller clients with a copy of my booklet, "The Home Seller's Handbook and Marketing Plan," with resources, knowledge, and information I consider to be important throughout the entire selling process.
