First, we'll talk about your expectations.  I'll gather information to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), and we'll meet to discuss.  Together we'll help you determine the best price for your home.  I'll present my custom marketing plan for your home.  When you're comfortable moving forward we'll put your home on the market and get it SOLD!
